For consumer data captured through campaigns, there's an important distinction: mobile phone number data is collected and processed by Digiphy solely on behalf of the Partner Brand and is never sold, shared, or used for any purpose other than servicing that brand. Other consumer personal information - names, emails, purchase data, feedback - is shared with the Partner Brand when consumers opt in, but Digiphy may also use this data to communicate with consumers, deliver and improve its services, and create aggregated, de-identified insights. Digiphy does not sell consumer personal information to third parties. Brands can integrate their data into a CRM, store it in their Digiphy account, or export it as a CSV at any time.
